My aim is to help my clients live the healthiest lives they can. I offer three key services: Massage, Yoga, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) classes.  My goal is to empower others to build resilience, learn to cope more effectively with both short-term and long-term stressful situations, and decrease symptoms related to physical pain and illness.
