An Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 



This experiential workshop will introduce you to the practice of mindfulness.  It is based on in the 8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program as taught at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society™ at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
