Learn practical ways to manage stress


Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is for individuals experiencing stress resulting from chronic physical and/or psychological conditions.


This 8-week group program helps develop the capacity for greater calm and teaches practical skills to manage stress. The majority of MBSR program participants report lasting decreases in psychological and physical symptoms exacerbated by chronic stress. Research has demonstrated improved behavioral outcomes including better sleep, lower blood pressure and fewer worries.


Participants Will Learn
To develop a different relationship to stress resulting from chronic physical and psychological conditions.


Who Should Attend
Individuals suffering from chronic stress, illness or pain, who wish to increase their overall health and wellbeing.

  • Orientation Saturday January 25, 2020 at 1:00PM – 2:00PM (This orientation is mandatory)

  • 8 weekly Saturday classes, February 8, 2020 – March 28, 2020 at 1:00PM – 3:30PM

  • All day retreat Sunday, February 15, 2020 at 10:30AM – 4:00PM
